Goals for this meeting were to establish an ongoing working relationship between our two film offices and to obtain recognition by the Virginia Film Office, as the official film bureau for the areas we represent as well as future governments that are planning to become apart of our jurisdiction. This meeting was informative and successful for both offices.

Andy Edmunds, Location Manager for the state office had the opportunity to bring us up to date concerning locations that were being scouted in and around our region. After our meeting, Rita took us on a tour of the office, which resides on the fourteenth floor. What a breath taking view of historic Richmond!

We also met Mary Nelson, Communication Manager and had the opportunity to discuss our web sites and how our mutual links benefit each other's offices. Please take the opportunity to review our letter of recommendation from the state office and group photograph taken by J. Hollomon, Media Imaging Specialist for the Virginia Tourism Corporation.
