Mary Beth Layman . . . serves as the Special Programs Coordinator for the Town of Vinton since 1979. Mary Beth serves as a valued board member to the Advisory Board of the Blue Ridge-Southwest Virginia Film Office, the Vinton Dogwood Festival, and the Roanoke Regional Cable Committee. Mrs. Layman has served as the past President of the Roanoke Valley Preservation Foundation and Officer of the Virginia Festival and Event Association. In her spare time Mary Beth has served as a Coach for the Odyssey of the Mind and Destination Imagination for nine (9) years.
